f you receive a malfunctioning or broken product contact customer service within 30 days of delivery time with photo or video documentation of the malfunctioning/broken device for the customer service representative to review and assess the issue. For orders within the United States an exchange may be made if deemed fit. For international orders no exchange can be made but a refund may be possible if deemed necessary.
